Wally Shaw

As VP and Chief Transformation Officer, Wally will be responsible for improving several key processes within the company to cultivate growth and efficiency. His focus will be driving improvements in the S&OP process, making the innovation process more robust, re-imaging the customer care experience and accelerating Invisible Fence Brand growth.

Before joining Radio Systems Corporation, Wally was the Chief Operating Officer / Co-CEO for Canidae Pet Food. A privately held company that manufactures and globally distributes ultra-premium pet food. As COO, Wally was responsible for Manufacturing, Innovation, Quality, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, Demand / Supply planning and Logistics functions. In addition, Wally holds a patent for the Canidae Kibble Refill station, a sustainable pet food dispenser available for customers at several Petco stores across the country.

Wally earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business, majoring in Logistics and Transportation at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After graduation, Wally began an 18-year career at Philips Electronics, managing operations in China, Mexico, South America, and North America. He eventually became the global business process owner (BPO) for his division in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. After several years in Operations, Wally transitioned to a General Management role and became the Vice President and Canada Commercial Leader (GM) for the Personal Health division of Philips. In that role, he was P&L responsible for all consumer products, managing cross-functional teams to drive top-line sales and profit in Canada. While Wally lived in five countries and moved ten times during his career at Philips, he was far from his last stop.

Before joining Canidae in 2019, Wally was the Chief Operating Officer at Zarbee's Naturals, a brand famous for natural dietary supplements and immune support products that was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in 2018. At Zarbee's, Wally was responsible for managing all Supply chain functions, Demand / Supply Planning, Procurement and IT and logistics functions.

Wally currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife, Jackie, and their two children, Aidan and Hensley. The family will be heading to Knoxville after Aidan's graduation in 2024. In his spare time, Wally loves all things sports, particularly UT sports, but also especially enjoys golf. In addition, the Shaw family loves to travel and, for now, spend most of their vacations looking at colleges for Aidan.
